Kihiko Construction Group provides home remodeling and renovation services including but not limited to:
Basement remodeling
Kitchen & bathroom renovations
General home improvement
Interior & exterior painting
All services are subject to a written agreement, scope of work, and payment terms confirmed before any project begins.
3. Quotes & Estimates
All quotes provided are estimates only and may change based on final scope, materials, or unforeseen conditions.
A free consultation does not constitute a binding contract.
Work begins only after a signed agreement and any required deposit is received.
4. Payments
Payment schedules are outlined in your project contract.
We offer financing through Acorn Finance — terms are subject to Acorn's own policies.
Late payments may result in work suspension until the balance is resolved.
5. Project Changes
Any changes to the original scope of work must be agreed upon in writing. Additional charges may apply for change orders requested after work has commenced.
6. Warranties
Kihiko Construction Group stands behind its workmanship. Warranty terms are specified in your individual project contract. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party modifications.
7. Permits & Compliance
Where required, Kihiko Construction Group will obtain necessary permits. The client is responsible for ensuring property access and providing accurate information about the property.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kihiko Construction Group's liability is limited to the value of the contracted work. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, unforeseen site conditions, or third-party supplier issues.
9. Website Use

10. Privacy
